Loves spending time with family and friends, outdoors hiking with his wife Magda and traveling with his wife and kids. Alberto is deeply committed to the city of San Antonio and its community.

James

James Kolde

Owner & Co-founder

James is from the Twin Cities and has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He enjoys the challenges of renovating and updating a home, and providing solutions for the seller as well as future buyers. James also spent 20 years as a firefighter and was in Iraq and Afghanistan supporting the troops as a civilian firefighter on military bases. He grew up in the Burnsville area but currently lives near North Branch with his wife, Jen, and their dogs, Farley and Minnie. He spends his spare time playing pickleball, cheering on the Minnesota Wild, hanging out with family and friends, and traveling with his wife, Jen.
